Lift Lite Limited Warranty

Lift Lite Limited Warranty (“Limited Warranty”)

This Lift Lite Limited Warranty (“Limited Warranty”) is provided by Lift Lite, a company dedicated to manufacturing and selling chairs, whose registered address is 5441 South Macadam Avenue, Suite A, Portland, OR 97239 (“Lift Lite”).

This Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty and provides rights in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, which vary by state and jurisdiction.

 

If your Lift Lite product (“Product”) is defective, you may choose to make a claim under this Limited Warranty or under any applicable consumer protection laws.

1. WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?

a. Covered Products
This Limited Warranty covers Lift Lite Chairs purchased from Lift Lite directly or its authorized resellers in the US. A "Lift Lite Chair" includes the entire chair unit, along with any original components such as the frame, hinges, armrests, seat cushions, and mechanical parts.

b. Warranty Coverage
Under this Limited Warranty, Lift Lite guarantees that your Chair will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the Warranty Period (defined below). We warrant that the Chair will operate according to the specifications published at the time of sale. Any defects that arise during the Warranty Period, under normal use, will be addressed as outlined in Section 5.

c. Refurbished Products or Components
If your Lift Lite Chair includes refurbished components or is replaced with a refurbished unit, the warranty still applies, provided it was purchased from an authorized reseller or Lift Lite itself.

2. WARRANTY PERIODS FOR LIFT LITE CHAIRS

a. Commencement of Warranty
This Limited Warranty begins on the date of purchase of your Lift Lite Chair or the date of delivery, whichever is later.

b. Warranty Coverage
Lift Lite warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period (“Warranty Period”). Lift Lite further warrants that the Product will operate in accordance with the specifications published at the time of sale. Any covered defects arising during the Warranty Period will be addressed as described in Section 5 below.

3. CONDITIONS OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY

a. Eligible Owner

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Product or, in the case of a gift, the original recipient, provided the Product was purchased from Lift Lite or an authorized reseller within the United States.

 

b. Intended Use

This Limited Warranty applies to healthcare-related commercial or residential indoor use only. Any outdoor use or other unintended commercial use voids this Limited Warranty unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable Product description.

 

c. Warranty Claims

Even if the Product was purchased from an authorized third party, all warranty claims must be submitted directly to Lift Lite.

4. WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY?

This Limited Warranty does not cover:


a. Normal wear and tear, including minor cosmetic blemishes, discoloration, or scratches that do not affect the Product’s functionality;


b. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, improper installation, or failure to follow provided assembly or care instructions;


c. Third-party components, accessories, or modifications, including repairs or parts that are not genuine Lift Lite parts;


d. Environmental or external damage, including damage caused by moisture, extreme temperatures, accidental damage, electrical issues, or exposure to harsh environments;


e. Unauthorized repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than a Lift Lite-authorized technician without prior written approval; or

5. WHAT WILL LIFT LITE DO?

If a covered defect arises during the Warranty Period and a valid claim is submitted, Lift Lite will, at its sole discretion:


a. Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts;


b. Replace the Product or defective component with a new or refurbished product or component of equal or comparable functionality; or


c. Refund all or a portion of the purchase price, depending on the amount of time that has elapsed since purchase or delivery.


Any replaced Product or components will become the property of Lift Lite.

6. HOW DO YOU OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?

a. Contact Lift Lite Support

To submit a warranty claim, contact Lift Lite Member Support at info@liftlitechairs.com. You will be asked to provide:

  • Serial number or order number of your Lift Lite Chair

  • Proof of purchase or delivery (with date)

  • Description of the defect

  • Photos of the defect, if applicable, to help Lift Lite assess the claim

b. Return Instructions

If Lift Lite determines that the Product or a component must be returned, Lift Lite will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for collection. The Product must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.


 

7. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

a. Lift Lite will collect, use, and store personal information submitted in connection with a warranty claim in accordance with its Privacy Policy.


b. No employee, agent, or representative of Lift Lite or any third party is authorized to modify, extend, or amend this Limited Warranty. If any provision of this Limited Warranty is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.


c. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Limited Warranty or the Product will be governed by the dispute resolution provisions set forth in Lift Lite’s Terms of Service.


d. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. LIFT LITE DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WHERE SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, THEIR DURATION IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.


e. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: LIFT LITE’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL LIFT LITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.


f. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.


g. Any references to the United States or Canada apply only to Lift Lite Products sold in the applicable region.
